    Mixing and processing mixing ratio: 1:2 pro-oxide cream developer 20-40 volume (maximum) giving you 5 levels of lift in a processing time of 45 minutes. Start with dry hair and divide into 4 sections. Take 1/8-1/4" horizontal partings for even saturation. Rinse, then shampoo and condition with Blonde Idol hair care. For on/off scalp applications, process at room temperature for up to 45 minutes. Do not use heat.
